NEXIO24 is an early-stage technology startup building AI-driven operational systems across hospitality, maintenance, remote technical support, and internal operations. We need someone who can build, orchestrate, and continuously improve a fleet of specialized AI agents working alongside human teams — from day one.
This is a hands-on builder role: business problem → technical design → code → agent orchestration → testing → production improvement, and you own what you build.
What you'll need:
- 3–5 years hands-on technical experience
- Practical experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems (not just using AI tools)
- Hands-on with n8n, Supabase, Python and/or JS/TS, REST APIs, webhooks, SQL
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, tool/function calling, prompt engineering, agent memory, human-fallback logic
- AI voice/conversational AI experience is a strong plus
- Ability to connect voice, WhatsApp, SMS, email, CRM, and reservation tools cleanly
- Understanding of monitoring, guardrails, cost control, and security for production AI
- Strong English and real, independent coding ability
Core requirement — multi-agent orchestration
Designing and managing a coordinated fleet of agents with clear roles, tools, memory, permissions, and escalation paths — not isolated prompts or single-agent demos.
What you'll build
Automated task routing/QA flows; voice, messaging, support, and ops agents that cooperate safely; dashboards, cost controls, and clear human fallback wherever AI shouldn't decide alone.
Bonus
Genuine exposure to quantum computing or quantum-inspired optimization.
Location & hours
Remote in Pakistan to start, transitioning to our future Islamabad office. Core hours follow European time; systems run 24/7, approved overtime paid.
Salary
PKR 98,000–158,000/month depending on technical ability, with performance bonuses available.
